Denis Collin, ex-Criteo, joins Kardinal to lead international deployment

Kardinal, the route optimization solution provider, today announces the appointment of Denis Collin, former member of Criteo’s Comex, as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this position, Denis Collin will be responsible for carrying out the internationalization of the company and will put his experience and vision at the service of Kardinal to accelerate its development.
Denis Collin has over 20 years of experience in management positions in start-ups and established companies specializing in new technologies. He began his career at Alcatel, before joining Nokia, Kiwee, and then IBM. In 2016, he embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure with Less, a carpooling application acquired in 2018 by Blablacar. He joined Criteo the same year as Chief of Staff and then successively held the positions of Chief People Officer and interim Chief Marketing Officer. Over the past 3 years, he has strongly contributed to the transformation of the first French unicorn by successfully launching the Retail Media activity, which is growing by +50% per year.

Bio of Denis Collin
For over 20 years, Denis Collin has held management positions in technology-driven environments. Marketing, Sales, HR, he has worked in established structures as well as in successful startups, and embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure with Less in 2016. A graduate of Supélec, he began his career in 1993 at Alcatel as radio engineer then joined Nokia in 1996 to lead OSS product marketing in Southern Europe. In 2002, he developed the European business of the startup Kiwee with telecom operators. He joined IBM Software in 2007 where he worked as Senior Sales Director. In 2018, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, co-founder and CEO of Criteo, recruited him as Chief of Staff. He will also hold the position of Chief People Officer, and Acting Chief Marketing Officer with the new CEO Megan Clarken since 2019. Over the past 3 years, he has strongly contributed to the transformation of the first French unicorn by successfully launching the activity Retail Media which is growing by +50% per year.
