Jonathan Bouaziz, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder
Jonathan Bouaziz, a logistics expert with a deep passion for technology, has gained extensive experience in transport challenges. In 2015, he founded Kardinal with the vision of developing the first continuous route optimization solution for the supply chain to address evolving market demands.
At Kardinal, Jonathan leads the company with a focus on innovation, ensuring that it stays at the forefront of logistics technology.
Hugo Farizon, Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and co-founder
With a solid technical background from the Ecole des Mines de Nantes, Hugo Farizon began his career as a Lead Developer at BENSE and Augusta Reeves. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded several startups in the video game industry before teaming up with Jonathan and Cédric to co-found Kardinal.
Manager of the Tech team at Kardinal, Hugo leverages his technical expertise and entrepreneurial experience to drive innovation and lead the company’s product development.
Cédric Hervet, Chief Product Officer (CPO) and co-founder
With a PhD in Mathematics, Cédric Hervet began his career as Head of Data Science at NP6, leading a team of 20 Data Scientists. At Kardinal, he leverages his deep knowledge in Operations Research to design and oversee the development of intelligent systems that optimize supply chain processes.
Manager of the R&D team, Cédric has a keen understanding of clients’ needs and challenges, collaborating closely with them to build tailored, high-performance technological solutions.

Louis-Alexandre Vissian, Head of Logistics Science
With over 15 years of experience in managing Data Transformation projects for various industries, Louis-Alexandre Vissian is passionate about unlocking the value of data. After 4 years as Chief Data Officer at AXA Italy, he moved towards start-up adventures and join Kardinal to develop the Solution Engineering services to support its growth.
At Kardinal, Louis-Alexandre focuses on developing innovative solutions that meet the complex needs of clients, driving the company’s technological advancements and ensuring successful project delivery.
Perrine Texier, Head of Marketing
Starting her career as a Data Scientist, Perrine Texier switched to marketing at Cision, where she managed the digital marketing team for France. She joined the Kardinal adventure in 2019 to drive the entire marketing strategy of the startup, laying the groundwork for branding, positioning, and lead generation.
At Kardinal, Perrine transitioned to Chief of Staff in 2023, where she now oversees the execution of the company’s strategy, ensures alignment across departments, and facilitates coordination to maximize organizational efficiency.
Hélène de Taillac, Digital Marketing Manager
With several years of experience in digital marketing and communication, Hélène de Taillac has been an integral part of Kardinal since 2021. She excels in content creation, SEO optimization, and managing digital campaigns, playing a key role in promoting Kardinal’s solutions.
At Kardinal, she is in charge of the content and lead generation strategy, driving efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and engagement.
John Williams, Ph.D, Last-Mile Scientist
Former mathematics professor with 10 papers published in top mathematical journals, John Williams specializes in leveraging machine learning to analyze vast data sets and design sophisticated algorithms for industrial applications.
At Kardinal, John focuses on optimizing last-mile delivery by applying advanced mathematical models. He collaborates closely with clients to address their specific challenges, guiding the implementation of effective, data-driven solutions.
Victor Lieutaud, Last-Mile Scientist
Specialized in time series analysis and causal inference, Victor Lieutaud is a data science professional with expertise in machine learning, forecasting, and logistics optimization. His experience at Barrière and Groupement Les Mousquetaires sharpened his skills in deploying complex predictive models.
At Kardinal, Victor leverages client data to run simulations and help them better understand and optimize their operations. As a key contact, he ensures the successful implementation of tailored solutions.
Sabrina Volant, Executive Assistant
Sabrina Volant joined Kardinal in October 2023 as an Executive Assistant, bringing over 20 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles. As the right hand to the CEO, she handles a wide range of responsibilities, including human resources, office management, administrative tasks, and accounting.
At Kardinal, Sabrina ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, supporting the leadership team and contributing to the company’s overall efficiency and success.

Matthieu Benéteau, Lead Back-End Developer
Passionate about technology, Matthieu Benéteau has shaped Kardinal’s back-end architecture since 2019. A graduate of École Polytechnique, he brings over 10 years of experience in software development, ensuring seamless data flow between algorithms and user interfaces.
At Kardinal, Matthieu oversees code reviews, coordinates with other teams, and remains hands-on, excelling in solving complex technical challenges, particularly in logistics optimization.
Alexandre El Khoury, Back-End Developer
With over seven years of experience, Alexandre El Khoury is a skilled Back-End Developer at Kardinal, specializing in creating and maintaining APIs and microservices.
Previously, he worked as a Full-Stack Engineer at Polar Stork, where he played a key role in improving development processes and leading multiple successful projects.
At Kardinal, Alexandre ensures the efficient operation of backend systems, continuously optimizing performance and enhancing the architecture to support the company’s logistics solutions.
Nhan Nguyen, Lead Front-End Developer
With several years of experience in front-end development, Nhan Nguyen joined Kardinal in September 2022, where he quickly proved his expertise in web interface design and optimization. Before Kardinal, he gained extensive experience at FPT Telecom and TIKI Corporation, playing a crucial role in enhancing user experiences.
At Kardinal, Nhan gradually stepped into the role of Lead Front-End Developer, focusing on enhancing the usability and performance of the company’s web interfaces to ensure they are both seamless and user-friendly.
Louis Ropars, Front-End Developer
Louis Ropars has been part of Kardinal’s Front-End team since 2021, starting as an apprentice and quickly advancing in his role. He contributes to improving user experience by designing and optimizing web interfaces, ensuring that Kardinal’s solutions are both intuitive and visually appealing.
At Kardinal, Louis is key in enhancing the ergonomics and navigation of web applications, delivering seamless and user-friendly interfaces that align with the company’s high standards.
Clémentine Guicheteau, Head of R&D
Specialized in operational research, Clémentine Guicheteau is Head of R&D at Kardinal, where she develops advanced algorithms for logistics and transportation. Her expertise in shortest path computations and data pipeline development equips her to tackle complex challenges in the logistics industry.
At Kardinal, Clémentine focuses on creating and optimizing algorithms that improve routing efficiency and streamline logistics operations, applying cutting-edge research to solve practical, real-world problems.
Euryale Kitzinger, R&D Engineer
Expert in applied mathematics, Euryale Kitzinger is an R&D Engineer at Kardinal. With a PhD from École Polytechnique, his expertise spans numerical simulations, mathematical modeling, and optimization methods.

With 40 years of experience in investment banking, notably as CEO of BNP Paribas UK & Switzerland, Pascal Boris is now a Business Angel and supports startups in their development.
