We are committed to reducing our environmental impact on a daily basis at our premises, in our processes and in our resource consumption (recycling, waste sorting, kitchen equipment with reusable utensils, paperless HR, purchase of second-hand computers, reduction of plastic usage, working with local service providers).

At Kardinal, we believe in a caring work environment, based on trust and collaboration. The well-being of employees is monitored through surveys and monthly interviews with managers. Kardinal is committed to promoting job stability through its employment contracts (100% of employees are on permanent contracts) and is engaged in promoting professional equality between men and women. Communication and transparency with all of our stakeholders (employees, partners, customers and investors) is also at the heart of our CSR approach.
