A new offer for last mile delivery service providers

With its white label SaaS solution coupled with a delivery app, Everest allows transport and distribution companies to streamline their logistics operations and enhance their customer experience with real-time tracking and customized notifications.

In addition, Kardinal optimizes routes and provides real-time decision making through machine learning and predictive algorithms that take into account traffic and vehicle type.

This partnership is part of the two start-ups’ ambition to accelerate the digitalization of transport in France and Europe in an industry lagging far behind on digital transformation, especially in terms of transport management software and route optimization.

An essential partnership in a highly segmented market

Until now, the market for software solutions dedicated to logistics was often limited to TMS players that did not provide sufficiently advanced route optimization solutions which in turn did not offer the proper tools required to manage the operational or financial aspects of a delivery service. This partnership will provide a new and comprehensive offer for the transport management software market.

We strongly believe in Everest's vision of a highly adaptable SaaS solution to meet the needs of our joint customers, who run complex businesses. This is an essential requirement to fully leverage the power of our algorithms. The pooling of our combined expertise will enable our two companies to offer a solution that is rather unique on the market.

Jonathan Bouaziz, co-founder and CEO of Kardinal

We are very proud to partner with the most recognized player in the field of route optimization. The issue of route optimization has become critical for our customers as they need to improve their operational efficiency, lower their operating costs and reduce their carbon footprint.
