Kardinal Use case

# Parcel Sorting

The sorting of parcels before loading the trucks involves defining 1) to which area a parcel belongs to and 2) at which stage of the route the parcel will be delivered, to load it in the right position on the truck.

Both operations require a high level of field expertise. This is why it is often the drivers who sort the packages, which adds to an already busy day.

With Kardinal, parcel sorting no longer depends on field expertise. Sorting is faster and less time-consuming, and Depot Managers can decide to have the parcels sorted by Pickers, reducing the workload of the drivers.
